I totally agree that both the American and National League should have the same DH rule. It's just simpler and fairer that way. Plus, let's be real, who actually wants to see pitchers awkwardly try to hit? Let them focus on pitching, and let the big hitters do their thing.

I get the argument for uniformity, but come on, baseball tradition is a big deal! Mixing up the rules in the AL and NL is part of what makes the game interesting. If you can't appreciate the strategy difference, maybe baseball's just not your thing.
