- Report Violations: Help us maintain the community by reporting content that violates these guidelines.
6. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content (excluding user-generated content), features, and functionality are owned by EpicDebates and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Service without our express written permission.
7. Prohibited Uses

User-generated content represents the views of the authors, not EpicDebates. We are not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any user content.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EPICDEBATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
11. Indemnification
