College athletes should be paid for their efforts

Absolutely, college athletes should get paid. These students bring in so much money for their schools and get nothing in return. It's like working a full-time job with no paycheck - doesn't make sense to me. My friend's kid plays college ball, and the amount of time and effort he puts in is insane. They deserve more than just a pat on the back.

Totally agree that college athletes should get paid. I mean, these guys are bringing in huge bucks for the colleges, and what do they get in return? Some scholarship that doesn't even cover all their expenses? It's just not right. They work their butts off, so they deserve some cash in their pockets, plain and simple.
