Definitely agree with this! I've seen firsthand how my niece's self-esteem gets a hit when she sees filtered perfection on social media. It's like we're all in this popularity contest, and who needs that stress? Mental health is no joke, people!

I get why some folks say social media messes with mental health, but c'mon, it's not all bad. I've found support, made friends, and even learned new stuff on these platforms. Like, anything in excess ain't great, but blaming social media for every mental health issue? That's a stretch.

I used to think social media was ruining people's mental health, but now I'm not so sure. I mean, it's all about how you use it, right? I've found great support and connections online that have actually helped me through tough times. Maybe it's not social media itself, but more about how we approach and interact with it.
