Social media is making people more isolated and lonely

Absolutely agree with this. I've seen how social media has replaced genuine face-to-face interactions. People are too busy scrolling through feeds that they forget to have real conversations. Back in my day, we used to actually talk to each other without needing a screen!

It's crazy how much time folks spend scrolling through social media instead of actually talking to each other. I swear, half the time my friends are more interested in their Instagram likes than having a real conversation.
