Social media definitely has its downsides, but come on, let's not throw the baby out with the bathwater. I work in healthcare, and I've seen social media used for spreading important health information, connecting patients with support networks, and even raising funds for medical treatments. Sure, there are trolls and misinformation, but if we focus on education and responsible use, social media can do a lot of good.
