Man, I used to think smartphones were just innocent gadgets, but now I see how much they mess with your head. My screen time went up like crazy during lockdown, and let me tell you, my anxiety shot through the roof. Constant notifications, FOMO from social media... it's no wonder mental health struggles are on the rise.

I've seen it with my own kids - they can't stay off those things! It's like they're glued to the screens 24/7. And let me tell you, their moods are all over the place. It's affecting their sleep, their focus, everything. Smartphones might be handy, but they're definitely not doing any favors for mental health.

I get where this argument is coming from, but I don't think smartphones are all bad for mental health. For me, my phone is a way to stay connected with friends, especially during those tough times. It's all about how you use it and finding that balance, you know?

Totally agree with you! My phone's been a lifesaver for connecting with friends when things get rough - it's all about that balance.

Totally agree with you! My phone's been a lifesaver for connecting with friends when I need a pick-me-up. It's all about finding that balance for sure.
