I totally agree with this! It's like everyone's glued to their phones 24/7 nowadays. I see families at restaurants all on their phones instead of talking. We need to put the phones down and have real conversations, you know?

Come on, guys! Smartphones can actually help us stay connected, not the other way around. It's all about how we use them. I mean, I use my phone to keep in touch with my buddies, make plans with my family, and even learn new things. Real talk, it's not the phones making us disconnected, it's how we choose to use them.

Smartphones making us disconnected? Come on now, let's be real. I've made more friends through social media than I ever would have otherwise. Plus, I can video call my family across the country in a heartbeat. It's called balance, people. Can't blame a piece of tech for everything.
