Man, I totally agree with this. I see people at restaurants not even talking, just buried in their phones. I get it, tech is awesome, but let's not forget about real face-to-face connections. I've had more genuine convos and laughs without a phone in sight.

Man, I totally agree with this. I mean, look around - everyone's glued to their phones! Even at work, people can't have a conversation without checking their screens every two minutes. I gotta say, I don't buy into this whole "smartphones are making us disconnected" argument. I mean, sure, they can be a distraction sometimes, but they also keep me connected to my friends and family – we share recipes, cooking tips, and restaurants we want to try all the time! I get where people are coming from, but I gotta say I disagree. Smartphones have actually helped me stay connected with friends and family, especially those who live far away.
