Man, I totally see this in my own life. When I'm out with friends, half the time everyone's buried in their phones. It's like we're physically together but mentally in different worlds. I miss the days when we'd actually talk and pay attention to each other.

Smartphones making us anti-social? Come on, that's just blaming the tool for how we use it! I see tech connecting people globally every day - from online support groups to family video calls. It's not the phone, it's how you make it work for you. My grandma using emojis now? That's connection right there!
