Man, I totally agree with this! I mean, have you been to a restaurant lately? Everyone is on their phones, not talking! I even catch myself mindlessly scrolling instead of engaging. It's like we're all zombies glued to our screens. Gotta make a conscious effort to put the phone down and actually live in the moment, you know?

Totally agree with this! I feel like everyone's glued to their screens these days, missing out on actual face-to-face interactions. It's like we're all in our own little smartphone bubbles, not even looking up to see the world around us. I've seen families out to dinner, all on their phones instead of talking - it's sad, man.

I've seen it firsthand - people can't even have a meal together without staring at their phones every five minutes. It's like we're physically present but mentally elsewhere.
