Smartphones are making people more disconnected from real life

I get that some folks think smartphones are turning us into antisocial zombies, but frankly, I think they're dead wrong. I've connected with so many amazing people online through my phone, and it's even brought me closer to my family who live across the country. Sure, some might overdo it, but let's not blame the entire device for a few people's lack of balance. Phones can be a lifeline for many of us, so let's not throw the baby out with the bathwater, okay?
