It's on us to use tech wisely, not blame phones for everything. Let's be real - it's about balance and responsibility, not just blaming smartphones for all our problems.

I really don't buy into this whole "smartphones are making us anti-social" argument. If anything, smartphones have made it easier for me to stay connected with friends and family, especially when we can't meet in person. I can chat, video call, and even play games together – how is that being anti-social? People just love to blame technology for everything, it's not the phones, it's how we use them.
