Totally agree with this! I mean, have you seen people at restaurants these days? Everyone's just glued to their phones instead of talking. Even at home, my family's all in different rooms staring at screens. It's like we've lost the art of real conversation, you know? It's a real issue we're all facing.

It's crazy how glued we are to our phones, right? I feel like half the time I'm trying to talk to someone, they're buried in their screen. My kids even text me from the next room! I think this whole mobile phone thing is totally pulling us apart instead of bringing us closer together.

Mobile phones have definitely changed the way we communicate, but saying they make us more disconnected is just not accurate. I mean, I use my phone to stay in touch with friends and family all the time. It's not the technology's fault if someone chooses to ignore calls and texts, that's on them. It's all about how you use it, just like in sports - you can't blame your equipment if you're not playing the game right!
