I think cell phones definitely have a big impact on face-to-face communication. When I'm out with friends, it's so annoying how everyone's glued to their screens instead of being present in the moment. It's like we've forgotten how to have a real conversation without distractions. I catch myself doing it too, and it's a habit I'm trying to break. Let's put the phones down and actually engage with each other, you know?

I get why some think phones are killing our face-to-face skills, but let's be real - they've actually made communication easier in many ways. I mean, I run a business, and being able to quickly connect with clients or respond to urgent emails on the go is a game-changer. Plus, who hasn't settled a debate with a quick Google search at dinner? Phones aren't all bad!
