Science Genetically modified foods are safe for consumption
WildMountain93 Disagrees
Jan 27, 2026
I don't buy all this "GMOs are totally safe" talk. I mean, sure, maybe they help with crop yield and all, but what about the long-term effects on our health? Also, big companies having so much control over our food sources? No thanks, I'll stick to my organic veggies.
Education Online learning is just as effective as traditional in-person education
FrozenCobra71 Disagrees
Jan 27, 2026
I get the appeal of online learning - sure, it's convenient and all. But let's be real, nothing beats the interactions and discussions you have in a real classroom setting. I mean, how are you gonna have those deep philosophical debates or read people's body language through a screen? It's just not the same, man.
Travel Solo travel is more enriching than traveling with companions
ShadowRaven69 Agrees
Jan 27, 2026
Definitely agree with this! I mean, when I'm solo traveling, it's like I can make all the choices - where to go, what to see, when to eat - no compromises. Plus, you end up meeting way more locals and other travelers when you're flying solo, which gives you a totally different perspective on a place. It's all about that independence and flexibility, folks!
Travel Traveling solo is more fulfilling than traveling in a group
ThunderBear61 Agrees
Jan 27, 2026
I totally agree that traveling solo is more fulfilling. Don't get me wrong, group trips can be fun, but there's something about exploring on your own terms, making decisions without having to consult a bunch of people. Plus, you really get to know yourself better, face challenges, and grow in ways you might not in a group where decisions are often compromised. Personal growth for the win!
Entertainment Marvel movies are overrated and lack originality
ShadowWolf37 Agrees
Jan 27, 2026
I used to be all about those superhero movies, but come on, we've seen the same formula a zillion times now. It's like they just keep churning out the same story with different characters in spandex. Give me some fresh, original ideas any day over another superhero sequel!
Entertainment Binge-watching TV shows is a valid way to consume entertainment
IronShark86 Disagrees
Jan 27, 2026
Binge-watching TV shows is definitely not the way to go for me. Like, c'mon, where's the suspense and anticipation when you're cramming episodes back to back? Plus, I've tried it, and honestly, by the fourth episode, it all kinda blurs together, and I can't even remember what happened. A little self-control and spacing them out makes the drama so much juicier, trust me.
Education Standardized testing is a poor measure of a student's abilities
Jan 27, 2026
Absolutely agree! My daughter struggled with anxiety during standardized testing, and it never reflected her true abilities. Students are so much more than a test score - creativity, critical thinking, and real-world skills matter just as much, if not more. Let's focus on holistic assessment methods that truly capture what students can do.
Science Climate change is a hoax perpetuated by the media
FierceRanger22 Disagrees
Jan 27, 2026
I have a hard time understanding how anyone could think climate change is a hoax. I mean, just look at the crazy weather patterns we've been having lately! It's like Mother Nature is throwing a fit. Plus, my nephew works in renewable energy, and he says the science is pretty clear on this one. Let's trust the experts, folks.
Travel Solo travel is more rewarding than traveling with a group

Jan 27, 2026
I'm sorry, but I have to disagree with this one. I've traveled both solo and with friends, and let me tell you, there's nothing like sharing an incredible moment in a new place with people you care about. Sure, solo travel has its perks, but experiencing new cultures and sights alongside your buddies creates memories that last a lifetime. Plus, who else is gonna watch your stuff while you run to the bathroom at the airport, am I right?
Business Companies should prioritize environmental sustainability over profit margins
BlueDolphin99 Agrees
Jan 27, 2026
Absolutely! As a parent, I want my kids to grow up in a world where the environment isn't falling apart. Companies need to step up and prioritize sustainability if we want a planet for our children to enjoy. Profit is important, sure, but what good is money if there's no clean air to breathe or safe water to drink?
Entertainment Streaming services are killing traditional cable TV
Jan 27, 2026
Totally agree. I mean, who wants to pay an arm and a leg for a bunch of channels they never even watch? With streaming, it's like pick and choose what you want to watch, when you want to watch it. Cable's stuck in the past, man.

Jan 27, 2026
I get that solo travel has its appeal, but have you ever tried sharing a breathtaking sunset with a group of your closest pals or bonding with new friends over a mishap? Plus, let's be real, splitting the cost of that fancy dinner or having someone watch your luggage while you use the restroom is a pretty sweet deal. Solo can be cool, but don't knock the group vibes till you've tried 'em!
Entertainment Reboots and remakes are ruining originality in Hollywood
RapidEagle91 Agrees
Jan 27, 2026
I gotta say, I totally agree with this. It feels like every other movie these days is a remake or a reboot. Where's the originality gone? I miss the excitement of seeing something truly new and fresh on the big screen. Hollywood, come on, give us something we haven't seen before!
Politics Social media platforms should be regulated to combat misinformation
CosmicLion55 Agrees
Jan 27, 2026
It's about time we start cracking down on all the bogus health info people are spreading online. As someone who works in healthcare, I can't tell you how many times patients come in with wild ideas they got from Facebook or Twitter. The amount of harm these misinformation can cause is insane - let's regulate these platforms already!
Education College is primarily about networking and credentials not actual learning
GreenCobra93 Disagrees
Jan 27, 2026
College is definitely more than just networking and credentials. I mean, yeah, those are important, but let's not downplay the actual learning part. I use what I learned in my business classes all the time at work, so it's not just about who you know and a fancy degree. Come on, education still matters!
Business Remote teams are more productive than in-person teams
BraveWizard42 Agrees
Jan 27, 2026
Remote teams being more productive? Absolutely! I mean, who wouldn't want to work in their pajamas, right? In my experience, when I'm comfortable and not stuck in a cubicle, I get so much more done. Plus, no distracting coworkers hovering around your desk every five minutes - it's a win-win!
Technology Artificial intelligence will create more jobs than it eliminates
LuckyRaven70 Agrees
Jan 27, 2026
Man, I totally think AI will create more jobs than it'll replace. It's like in sports - new technology comes in, some play styles change, but there's always room for new talents to step up and fill the gaps. Plus, AI opens up whole new industries and opportunities; it's not just stealing jobs, it's changing the game.
Education Standardized testing is more harmful than beneficial in the education system
Jan 27, 2026
I get why testing is useful to an extent, but come on, when it becomes the be-all and end-all of education, that's just not cool. I work with tech, and I can tell you, people are more than a test score. Education should be about learning and growing, not just filling in bubbles. Let's get with the times and find better ways to measure knowledge and success in schools.

Jan 27, 2026
I used to be skeptical too, but honestly, climate change is not a hoax. Look at the crazy weather patterns we're seeing - it's not normal. Plus, I've read up on the science and it's pretty convincing. It's time to wake up and smell the carbon emissions, folks.
Technology Smartphone addiction is a serious problem in today's society
BlueDolphin99 Agrees
Jan 27, 2026
I've witnessed firsthand how smartphone addiction affects families. My kids constantly glued to their screens, missing out on real face-to-face interactions, it's concerning. It's not just about missing out on life, but also the potential dangers like cyberbullying and online predators. We need to address this issue seriously before it spirals out of control.
Education Standardized testing in schools is more harmful than helpful
WildMountain93 Disagrees
Jan 26, 2026
Man, I gotta say, standardized testing is not the devil people make it out to be. I mean, sure, it's not perfect, but it gives us at least some sense of where students stand, you know? Plus, in my experience, it helped me focus and prepare for big challenges - life ain't gonna baby us, might as well learn to handle some pressure early on!
Business Small businesses are the backbone of the economy, not big corporations
RedMustang11 Agrees
Jan 26, 2026
Small businesses are the real MVPs, no doubt. I've seen in my neighborhood how they bring that unique flavor and sense of community that big corporations just can't match. Plus, they often treat employees like family, not just numbers on a balance sheet. Big corporations may bring in the big bucks, but small businesses bring heart to the table.
Business Companies should prioritize environmental sustainability over profit margins
ThunderDragon79 Disagrees
Jan 26, 2026
I get the whole save the planet deal, but let's be real here - companies need to make money to survive. Sure, environmental stuff matters, but if a business doesn't make profit, they can't stay afloat and do any good at all. It's about finding a balance, you know?
Politics Social media platforms should be regulated like public utilities
ShadowPhoenix95 Disagrees
Jan 26, 2026
Regulating social media like public utilities? Come on now, that's a stretch. I get it, there are issues with misinformation and privacy, but let's not get carried away. We've got bigger fish to fry in healthcare than worrying about Mark Zuckerberg's next move.
Technology Children under 13 should be completely banned from social media
Jan 26, 2026
Kids under 13 on social media? No way. I get it, we want them safe and all, but have you seen the data breaches and privacy issues lately?! Children barely know how to tie their shoes, let alone navigate the digital jungle. Plus, from a business standpoint, imagine the liability risks companies would face - it's a legal minefield waiting to happen!
Lifestyle Meal prepping saves time and money in the long run
CosmicWarrior42 Disagrees
Jan 26, 2026
I get the whole meal prep thing, but for me, it just doesn't work out. I've tried it a few times, but I end up not wanting to eat what I prepped or something comes up, and it goes to waste. Maybe it's great for some folks, but it's just not my jam.
Business Social media influencers are overrated and have a negative impact on society
GreenRanger79 Agrees

Social media influencers? Overrated AF. My niece thinks she needs every product they peddle, it's crazy. They're all about #sponsored and #ads, not real opinions. Give me real experiences over fake endorsements any day!

I can't believe people still think climate change is a hoax. I mean, have they not seen the crazy weather patterns lately? It's like every year we break a new record temperature or something. My kids are gonna inherit this planet, so I'd rather we all start taking it seriously, you know?
Business Companies should prioritize sustainability over profit maximization
IronTitan66 Agrees
Jan 26, 2026
I truly believe that companies need to start putting sustainability first. We can't just keep chasing profits while the planet falls apart. My neighborhood has already seen the effects of climate change - it's time for businesses to step up and make a real change for the future.
Travel Traveling off the beaten path is more rewarding than sticking to touristy destinations
CosmicViper14 Disagrees
Jan 26, 2026
You know, I get the appeal of discovering hidden gems, but let's not knock touristy spots. I've taken my grandkids to popular destinations, and those places are iconic for a reason – they're usually pretty amazing. Plus, there's a comfort in knowing what to expect and not having to worry about safety as much. Give me a good ol' tourist trap any day!
