Voting should be mandatory in all elections

I get that voting is important, but come on, forcing people to do it? That's not the way to go. I mean, if someone doesn't care enough to vote, do you really want them making decisions that affect everyone? Let's stick to encouraging civic engagement instead of making it a chore for everyone.
