Grades are like wins and losses in sports - they only tell part of the story. My kid struggled with traditional grades, but thrived when given hands-on projects to show what they learned. It's like judging a team solely on their win-loss record without looking at how they play the game. Let's mix it up and give students different ways to shine!

I get the whole "traditional grades are outdated" argument, but let's be real - grades have been around forever for a reason. How else are we gonna measure progress and hold students accountable? Plus, in the real world, you gotta know how to show results - not just rely on some fuzzy alternative assessment. Grading might not be perfect, but it's a system that works, so why fix what ain't broke?

Traditional grading systems might not be perfect, but come on, they're tried and tested for a reason. I mean, how else are we gonna know how students are doing if we don't have grades? Are we just gonna give everyone a participation trophy and call it a day? Trust me, in my job, if I didn't have clear grades to measure, it'd be chaos trying to evaluate progress. Let's stick with what works, folks.

Totally get where you're coming from. Having clear grades does make evaluating progress way easier. It's a valid point for sure!

Grades outdated? Come on now, how are we supposed to know if someone's getting it or not without grades? I mean, my boss don't care about some fancy assessment, he wants to see results. Let's stick with what works, folks.
