I just don't buy this whole "traditional grading systems are outdated" argument. Like, how are we gonna measure progress without clear standards? I mean, in my job, if I didn't have clear goals and metrics, I'd be lost. Plus, grades motivate us to work hard, right? So, I don't see the point in fixing something that's not broken.
