Traditional exams are no longer an effective way to evaluate students' knowledge

Traditional exams can be so stressful, especially for students who might not perform well under that pressure. I mean, I remember back in school feeling like my whole future hinged on one test - not fun! Plus, real-life success often involves skills that exams don't always measure - like problem-solving or creativity. So yeah, I'm all for mixing it up with some alternative assessments that can really showcase what a student knows and can do beyond just memorization.
