The way influencers push these unrealistic standards is messed up. I mean, come on, nobody's life is that perfect! My kids see this stuff, and it's just not healthy. Let's get real and stop pretending everything's a highlight reel.

I get where you're coming from, but some influencers do show the real, messy side of life too. It's not all about pretending to be perfect.

I get what you're saying about unrealistic standards, but do you think influencers could still have a positive impact in some way? Just curious!

The way I see it, influencers are just modern-day celebrities. Sure, some of them might promote unrealistic stuff, but it's not like traditional celebrities never did that. People need to remember that social media is just a platform - it's up to us to filter what we consume.

In my opinion, saying influencers are ruining society is a bit much. I mean, sure, some of them might be shallow or misleading, but let's not throw the baby out with the bathwater. My take? People gotta think for themselves and not just blindly follow anyone with a selfie stick.
