The designated hitter rule should be implemented in both the American and National League in baseball

I get the argument for uniformity, but come on, baseball tradition is a big deal! Mixing up the rules in the AL and NL is part of what makes the game interesting. If you can't appreciate the strategy difference, maybe baseball's just not your thing.
