Look, I get it, customers can be a pain sometimes, but saying they're never right is just asking for trouble. As a sports fan, I see it like this: sometimes the refs make bad calls, but you still gotta play the game. It's all about keeping the customer happy and coming back for more, even if they might not always be right.
