Students should have the option to choose their own school curriculum

In my rural town, we don't have tons of school options, but you know what? We turned out alright. Kids these days get too many choices as it is. Having them pick their whole curriculum? That's just asking for trouble. Sometimes a little structure ain't a bad thing, folks!

In my opinion, letting students choose their entire school curriculum is a bit much. We can encourage electives and project choices, but come on, some subjects are just necessary for a well-rounded education. I get wanting to engage students, but we can't have them skipping out on fundamental knowledge just because it's not their favorite.
