I get why some folks might worry about censorship, but let's be real - spreading lies just messes things up for everyone. My cousin got duped by fake news last year, and it caused so much drama in our family. Social media should crack down on that junk, no questions asked. It's about time they step up and do their part to stop the madness.

It's about time we cracked down on these misinformation spreaders on social media. I've seen the damage it can do firsthand - people believing outrageous lies and causing chaos. If platforms don't step up and start banning these bad apples, who knows what other nonsense will get out there?

Banning users for spreading misinformation? Come on, that's a slippery slope. Who's deciding what's true and what's not? I'd rather have transparency and fact-checking than censorship any day. Let's not throw out free speech in the name of fighting fake news.

I get where you're coming from, but isn't letting misinformation spread unchecked doing more harm than good? Shouldn't there be some accountability for spreading false info?
