Totally on board with this! I've seen how quickly fake news spreads like wildfire online. It's like people forget to fact-check before hitting the share button. Regulating social media to stop the spread of misinformation could save a lot of headaches and arguments down the line.

As someone who values freedom of speech, I think it's a slippery slope when we start talking about regulating social media like that. Sure, there's a lot of misinformation out there, but who decides what's true and false? I'd rather have people think critically and question things than have some tech executive playing truth police.
