Social media platforms should be more strictly regulated to prevent misinformation and hate speech

I just don't think the government should be all up in social media regulating everything we see. Come on, we're all adults here, we can think for ourselves! Plus, who decides what's misinformation and what's not? It's a slippery slope, man. Let's keep our freedom to browse cat memes in peace.
