Social media marketing essential? Nah, I don't think so! Don't get me wrong, it's nice to have but c'mon, my buddy's corner deli isn't gonna blow up just 'cause they post on Instagram. At the end of the day, if you got a solid product and treat your customers right, that's what keeps 'em coming back.
