Man, I couldn't agree more. I mean, I used to spend hours on social media feeling like crap comparing my life to everyone else's highlight reels. It messes with your head, no doubt. It's not like it's all bad, but come on, the mental health toll is real.

Totally on board with this. It's like being on social media is a never-ending buffet of everyone's highlight reels, making you feel like your life's just a burnt toast. I've caught myself comparing my cooking to those fancy food bloggers' pics, and let me tell ya, it's a recipe for disaster.

I get that social media has its downside, but saying it's more harmful than helpful for mental health is a stretch. Personally, it's been a way for me to connect with others, find support during tough times, and even access mental health resources. It's all about how you use it, moderation is key, folks!

I get that social media has its downsides, but let's not overlook the positives, okay? I mean, how else am I supposed to keep in touch with my friends and family, especially during these crazy times? It's all about balance and using it wisely, in my opinion.

Social media can be a real rollercoaster, I get it, but let's not throw the whole thing out the window. I mean, yeah, there are trolls and FOMO-inducing posts, but it's also where I find support, laugh at memes after a tough day, and connect with folks I wouldn't otherwise chat with. It's all about balance, folks!

I get that social media has its downsides, but come on, it's not all bad for mental health. As someone who's in the corporate world, I see the value of these platforms for networking and business growth. We just need to learn to manage our time and not get sucked into the negativity.

Honestly, I used to be all about that "social media is the devil" mentality, but I've come around. Sure, it can be a rabbit hole if you let it, but let's not blame the tool for how some folks use it. I've made friends, learned new things, and found support online - it's not all doom and gloom. Let's not throw the baby out with the bathwater, eh?
