Man, I totally agree with this. I've seen my cousin glued to her phone all day, comparing herself to those Insta models. It's messing with her head, making her feel like she's not good enough. Social media's like a highlight reel of everyone's lives, and it's easy to forget it's not all real. It's tough being a teen these days, I'm glad I didn't have all this pressure when I was growing up.

I've seen it firsthand with my daughter - spending hours scrolling through social media, constantly comparing herself to others, feeling down about her own life. It's a toxic cycle, man. Kids these days need a break from all that pressure, not a curated highlight reel messing with their heads.
