Social media definitely needs more regulation. It's like playing a game where the rules keep changing without warning - messing with your head and making you compare your behind-the-scenes with everyone else's highlight reels. My mental health has improved a ton since I cut back on scrolling, so yeah, stricter rules would be a step in the right direction.

I get that social media has its downsides, but calling for stricter regulations seems extreme. I work in healthcare, and I've seen how some social media platforms actually help spread awareness about mental health issues and connect people with support. Instead of strict regulations, we should focus on promoting responsible use and educating folks on how social media can impact mental health.

Social media is not the devil, people! It's like blaming spoons for making people fat. I use social media to keep in touch with family, get news, and find cute cat videos - it's not the platform's fault if someone has issues. Let's not throw out the whole thing just because some folks can't handle it.

I think regulating social media more strictly won't solve the mental health issues. It's on us to use these platforms responsibly – like, if it's making you feel bad, maybe take a break or unfollow some toxic stuff, you know? It's about balance and personal accountability, not just blaming the companies.

Social media isn't all rainbows and butterflies, sure, but let's not throw the baby out with the bathwater here. I mean, I've actually reconnected with old friends, found support groups, and even learned a thing or two from social media. We need to find a balance and not just jump straight to regulation every time something isn't perfect, am I right?

Social media isn't the enemy here, people's inability to manage their usage is. I've seen folks blame social platforms for everything, but c'mon, personal responsibility plays a part too. If we regulate it more, where do we draw the line? Privacy? Ads? Censorship? It's a slippery slope, folks.
