Absolutely agree. I've seen how social media messes with my kids' heads - comparison, FOMO, the whole shebang. It's like a highlight reel of everyone's lives, making mine feel mundane. Plus, the trolls, the fake news - it's a mental health minefield. Trust me, limiting screen time does wonders.

I've been down the social media rabbit hole more times than I can count, and let me tell you, it's not all sunshine and rainbows. The comparison game, the constant need for validation, it's a recipe for a mental health disaster. Sure, it's fun and all, but in the long run, it really messes with your head. Trust me, been there, done that.

I've been sucked into the social media vortex for years now, and let me tell you, it's not all sunshine and rainbows. The constant comparison, FOMO, and fake perfection people put out there messes with your head after a while, trust me. I've seen friends get trapped in this endless loop of seeking validation through likes and comments, and it's not a road you want to go down. Mental health matters, folks, and sometimes a digital detox is the way to go.

I know social media has its downsides, but come on, it's not all bad. I mean, I've connected with old friends, found support communities, and even learned new things I wouldn't have otherwise. As long as we use it mindfully and take breaks when needed, I think we can manage just fine.
