Social media definitely has its downsides on mental health. I've seen colleagues spending hours scrolling through feeds, getting stressed over likes and comments. It can really mess with your self-esteem and make you feel like you're not living up to some idealized version of life. I think we all need a reminder to unplug and focus on the real world sometimes.

Totally agree. It's easy to get caught up in the comparison game online and forget to live in the moment. Unplugging can be a game-changer.

I get that social media has its downside, but come on, let's not throw the baby out with the bathwater. I've met amazing people, discovered new ideas, and even grown my business thanks to platforms like Instagram and LinkedIn. It's all about balance and how you use it, folks.

Social media gets a bad rap, but let's not throw the baby out with the bathwater here. It's all about balance, folks. I've actually made some great connections and found support online that I wouldn't have otherwise. Like anything, it's about moderation and being mindful of how we use it.

Totally agree with you on this. I've found some amazing online communities that have been a lifesaver for me. It's all about how you navigate it.
