Social media isn't all bad for mental health! I've made friends from around the world, found support during tough times, and learned so much. It's all about moderation and using it in a positive way. Blaming social media for everything is just ignoring the bigger picture of mental health issues we face.

I get why people say social media messes with mental health, but it's not the tech's fault. It's all about how we use it, right? Like, I've made great friends online who really help me out when I'm down. It's all about balance, folks.

I get that social media has its downsides, but blaming it for all mental health issues is a stretch. I mean, I've found support groups online that have actually helped me through tough times. It's all about how you use it, right? Just like how eating a whole tub of ice cream isn't great, but a scoop here and there can lift your spirits.

Social media can be a double-edged sword for mental health, no doubt. But saying it's straight-up detrimental? Come on now. I've seen kids express themselves, find support, and learn new things through social channels. Like anything, it's about finding that balance and setting healthy boundaries.

I get that some people feel social media messes with mental health, but come on! It's all about how you use it. I've found amazing support groups, learned tons of cool stuff, and connected with friends I wouldn't have otherwise. Let's not blame the app for how we choose to engage with it.
