Man, social media can really mess with your head over time. I've seen kids in my class glued to their screens, comparing themselves to others constantly. It's a never-ending cycle of feeling like you're not good enough. Trust me, that stuff ain't good for anyone, especially young minds trying to figure things out.

Totally agree with this! I've seen how social media can mess with people's heads, including my own. The comparison game, the FOMO, the addiction - ain't nobody got time for all that stress. Gotta take breaks and live in the real world, y'all.

I genuinely think social media gets a bad rap sometimes. I've made some amazing friends through gaming communities online, and it's been a real lifeline during tough times. Sure, too much of anything isn't great, but blaming social media for all mental health issues is oversimplifying a complex topic. Let's not throw the baby out with the bathwater, folks.

Totally agree! Social media has its perks for sure, and finding support online can be a game-changer. It's all about balance.
