For sure, social media is a total minefield for mental health. I've seen friends get sucked into the comparison game, feeling like their lives aren't as glamorous as what they see online. It's like a highlight reel of everyone else's lives, and it can mess with your head big time. Trust me, ain't worth the stress.

Man, social media is a minefield for mental health. I've seen friends obsess over likes, compare their lives to influencers, and end up feeling inadequate. It's like we're all hooked on this highlight reel that's not even real. I try to limit my time online, and I swear, I feel so much better and more present in my own life.

Man, I totally agree with this. Social media can really mess with your head, you know? I've caught myself comparing my life to those perfectly curated feeds, feeling like I'm falling short. And don't even get me started on the endless scrolling - before you know it, hours have passed and you're feeling like crap. It's a toxic cycle that's hard to break, and I think a lot of folks don't realize how much it can mess with your mental health.

I get that social media has its downsides, but blaming it for all mental health issues is a stretch. I mean, I've connected with old friends, found support communities, and learned a ton of useful stuff online. It's all about how you use it. If someone's spending 10 hours a day comparing themselves to influencers, that's not the app's fault, that's their own choices, right?

Social media can be a double-edged sword for mental health, for sure. But come on, blaming it all on social media is like saying I lost a game just because the ref made a bad call. It's about how you use it, not the platform itself. I've found some great support and community online that's helped me through tough times, so it's not all doom and gloom.

I get that some folks think social media is terrible for mental health, but honestly, it's not the platform's fault if you can't manage your screen time. I've found a great community online that's really helped me feel less alone, so I think it all depends on how you use it. Blaming social media for all mental health issues is just an oversimplification, in my opinion.

Social media detrimental to mental health? I don't buy it. I've been around long enough to see real struggles, and let me tell you, a bad day on Facebook doesn't compare. It's all about balance, folks. Get outside, talk to people face-to-face, and stop blaming Instagram for every problem out there.
