You know what? Social media can be a real dumpster fire sometimes. It's like everyone's trying to one-up each other with highlight reels of their lives, and it just messes with your head, you know? Plus, don't even get me started on how it's affecting real human interaction – my cousins can't put down their phones at family dinners, it's insane. So yeah, I think it's causing more harm than good, for sure.

Definitely agree on this one. Let me tell you, social media can be a total time-suck. I used to think it was all about connecting, but nowadays, it's just drama, misinformation, and comparison game on steroids. My mental health has been loads better since I cut down on scrolling.

Social media has its downsides for sure, but come on, it's not all bad. As someone who works in healthcare, I've seen firsthand how social media can actually connect patients with support groups, spread awareness about health issues, and provide access to valuable health information. It's not the platform's fault if some people misuse it - we need to focus on educating users on responsible use instead of blaming the whole thing.

Social media isn't all bad, come on! Sure, there are downsides like fake news and comparison traps, but it's also a place for community, learning, and connection. It's like anything else - moderation is key, folks. Let's not throw the baby out with the bathwater here.
