Social media is like this never-ending vortex of comparison and negativity. I've seen friends getting stressed about their posts not getting enough likes - it's crazy how we let these apps dictate our self-worth. Not to mention the fake news and toxic arguments that cause more harm than good. Trust me, I've seen it firsthand.

I get it, social media has its perks, but let's be real - the downside is massive. My kids' attention spans are shot from all the scrolling, and don't get me started on the drama it stirs up between friends. It’s like we've traded real connections for likes and retweets.

Social media is definitely causing more harm than good. I mean, I've seen first-hand how it messes with people's self-esteem, making them feel like they're not good enough based on other people's highlight reels. And don't get me started on all the fake news and division it's spreading in society. It's a real mess, and I think we need to take a hard look at how we use these platforms.

I've seen firsthand how toxic social media can be for mental health. It's a never-ending comparison game, and people end up feeling inadequate or lonely. Plus, don't even get me started on the spread of misinformation and how it's dividing society further. Social media has its perks, sure, but the harm it's causing is undeniable.

I get that social media has its downsides, but come on, let's not forget the positives! I've connected with old friends, found support during tough times, and even learned so much from diverse perspectives online. Sure, there are trolls, fake news, and all that jazz, but let's not throw the baby out with the bathwater, folks. Social media's what we make of it - we just gotta use it responsibly, ya know?
