Man, I totally agree with this. I've seen firsthand how spending hours scrolling through everyone's highlight reel on social media can make you feel like your life is just not measuring up. It's like a constant comparison game that messes with your self-esteem. I've even caught myself feeling down after mindlessly scrolling, so yeah, it's definitely not great for mental health.
