Man, I get that some influencers can be superficial, but they also bring attention to important causes and inspire change. My neighbor's daughter started a mental health awareness campaign after following a blogger who shared her struggles - that's impact right there. We can't just paint all influencers with the same brush.

Totally agree. Influencers can really make a difference, like with your neighbor's daughter. It's cool to see social media being a force for good.

I don't buy it. These social media influencers often paint a picture-perfect life that's all smoke and mirrors. My friends and I have had to have serious talks with our kids about separating fantasy from reality because of what they see online. It's not all sunshine and rainbows like they make it seem.
