Man, social media has totally done more harm than good. It's like everyone's a keyboard warrior now, spreading hate and misinformation. I've seen friendships end over stupid online arguments, and the way it affects mental health? Don't even get me started. It's a whole mess.

I get that social media has its downsides, but come on, it's not all doom and gloom. I've connected with old friends, found support during tough times, and even learned a thing or two. Like anything else, it's about balance and using it wisely. What do you folks think?
