Smartphones do more harm than good for society

Smartphones definitely have their downsides. I mean, I get sucked into that social media black hole way too often. Plus, people just don't talk face-to-face as much anymore - everything's through a screen. But hey, they've also made my job easier, helped me stay connected with friends and family, and made tasks like banking and shopping way more convenient. It's a double-edged sword for sure, but I think the good can outweigh the bad if we use them thoughtfully.
