Smartphones are making us more isolated than ever before

Smartphones definitely have their perks, but let's be real, they've also made us pretty darn isolated. I mean, I've seen friends sitting together at a restaurant, all on their phones instead of talking. It's like we're physically present but mentally in our own little digital worlds. Don't even get me started on how kids these days grow up glued to screens instead of playing outside and learning social skills. It's a whole new level of disconnection, and it's not healthy.
