Man, I totally agree with this. I mean, I'm guilty of getting sucked into my phone instead of talking to people right in front of me. It's like everyone's heads are always down, scrolling through some app instead of having a real conversation. It's messing with our ability to truly connect, for sure.

I get the whole convenience thing, sure, but let's be real - half the time we're all just staring at our screens even when we're with friends or family. I swear, last time I went out to eat, the whole table was on their phones instead of chatting. It's like we've all forgotten how to have a real conversation without a screen in front of us.
