Smartphones are making people less social

I get where this is coming from; smartphones are cool and all, but they've definitely changed how we interact with each other. I mean, I see it even in my own friend group - everyone's just glued to their screens instead of having a real conversation. It's like we forgot how to just sit down and talk without it being interrupted by notifications every two seconds.
