Small businesses have a better shot at being ethical, it's like comparing a family-owned bakery to a big chain. My friend runs a small local shop, and she really cares about fair wages and quality products. But these huge companies? They're all about profits, even if it means cutting corners or mistreating workers. I'd rather support the little guys any day.

Small businesses being more ethical than large corporations? Ha! That's a good one. Sure, smaller companies might have a closer eye on things, but let's not overlook the shady stuff some of them pull. At least with big corps, there's more accountability and oversight. My experience in healthcare tells me, ethics aren't about size; they come down to leadership and values.

Small businesses might have a more "mom and pop" image, but let's be real - ethics aren't size-dependent. I've seen plenty of small businesses cutting corners, mistreating employees, and skirting regulations just like the big guys. At the end of the day, it's about the people running the show, not the size of the business.
