Remote work as a default? No way! I need my coworkers around for those office pranks and spontaneous brainstorming sessions. Plus, my cat keeps interrupting Zoom calls... not a good look for professionalism, let me tell you. Let's not pretend pajamas are the new power suits, folks.

I get that some people love remote work, but for me, it's a no-go as the default. I need that face-to-face interaction with my team, bouncing ideas off each other, feeling the energy in the room - you can't beat that Zoom can't replace that vibe. Plus, let's be real, a lot of folks don't have a quiet, distraction-free home office setup like in those fancy work-from-home ads - sometimes my dog barking in the background is the least of my worries.

I get what you mean about missing the in-person collaboration vibe, but do you think there's a middle ground where you could have a balance of both remote and office work to address those concerns?
