I get where people are coming from, but I think it's not fair to blanket statement all reboots as ruining the original. I mean, sometimes they actually enhance the story or bring it to a new audience who might not have seen the classic. I get why some folks are anti-reboot, but I have to say, sometimes a fresh take on a classic can actually be pretty awesome.
