Reboots and remakes are ruining the magic of classic movies and TV shows

I get where this argument is coming from. I mean, come on, how many Spider-Man reboots do we really need? It's like Hollywood's stuck in this loop of recycling the same old stories instead of giving us something fresh. Give me a good original script any day over another tired remake.
