I'm all for term limits for politicians. These folks get comfortable in their fancy chairs, cozy up with lobbyists, and forget about the regular folks like me just trying to get by. It's like, do your time, make some changes, then let someone else have a go!

I've seen firsthand how entrenched politicians can get comfy in their positions and lose touch with the needs of the people. Term limits could shake things up, bring in fresh perspectives, and prevent power from getting concentrated in the hands of a few for too long. I used to be all for term limits, thinking they'd shake things up and bring in fresh ideas. Term limits for politicians? Nah, not a fan. I get that some of them stick around way too long, but come on, let's vote them out if we're not happy. I'd rather have the choice to keep someone around if they're actually doing a good job than have some arbitrary time limit kick them out.
