Mobile phones have actually helped me stay connected with my friends and family, especially during this past year. I mean, without my phone, my grandma and I wouldn't have virtual movie nights every week. It's all about how you use the tech, right?

Huh, interesting perspective! Do you ever feel like it's a fine line between staying connected and getting too caught up in screen time, though?

I think saying mobile phones make us more disconnected is a bit dramatic. I mean, sure, some people get too into their screens, but my daughter lives across the country and those daily texts and video calls keep us closer than ever. It's all about how you use it, y'know?

I get what you're saying, but I've seen way too many people glued to their phones when they're supposed to be spending time together. It's hard not to think it's changing our connections.
